The registration fee includes conference handouts and admission to all of the following programs :

  •Admission to all the program of EASTICA 14 th General Conference and Seminar on Nov. 26 and 27 (Except Executive Board Meeting on Nov. 25)

  •Conference handout

Please note that your registration will be completed after the payment of registration fee, when "admission ticket" will be sent to the registered address by e-mail. Please print out the admission ticket and present it to the Registration desk at the EASTICA venue.

Cancellation and modification should be proceeded on the registration website. Please check our cancellation policy as below relating to the refund after the cancellation of the Registration fee once payed.

Payment Method
Please make a payment by credit card (VISA/ MasterCard / JCB / Diners / NICOS) or bank transfer.

Invoice and Receipt

Receipt will be issued at the Registration desk of the EASTICA venue.

Accommodation
Participants are given the privilege of staying at the Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo at the following special rates:

  A room with single occupancy : 17,200 JPY

  A room shared by two guests : 27,800 JPY (13,900 JPY per person)

 Room rates include breakfast, tax and service charges per night, and are only applicable to the bookings from November 25 to 27 (checkout on the 28th), made through the registration website. Bookings at the special rates are taken on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.

 Full accommodation fees must be paid in advance. The registration and the accommodation fees can be paid together, but in either case, we will issue the receipts separately for the registration and for the accommodation fees.

 Cancellation and modification should be proceeded on the registration website. Cancellation fees will be charged from up to 20 days before the date of your stay in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please check our cancellation policy on the registration website.

 If you would like to extend your stay arriving before November 25 and/or leaving on November 29 or later, please contact the Hotel Metropolitan Edmont directly and make reservations (at their regular room rates) on your own.

 If you would like to stay at the hotel other than the Hotel Metropolitan Edmont, please arrange accommodation by yourself.

Cancellation Policy
Please check the cancellation policy before the registration.

Registration

 1. Cancellation and modification should be proceeded on the registration website.

 2. Until October 24, registration fee (16,500 JPY) once paid will be refunded after deducting the operation charge from this amount.

 3. From October 25 to November 8, partial fee (10,000 JPY) will be refunded after deducting the operation charge from this amount. The conference handouts will be sent to you at a later date.

 4. After November 11, registration fee (16,500 JPY) once paid will not be refunded. The conference handouts will be sent to you at a later date.

 *This policy is applied to the time when we receive your request according to the office hours of the Registration Secretariat 2019 (from 9:45 to 17:45 on weekdays, JST).

 *Your requests arriving after 17:45 on weekdays, or Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be treated on the following business day

Accommodation
Cancellation and modification should be proceeded on the registration website. Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy from up to 20 days before the date of your stay.

Cancellation fees will be charged and deducted at the time of refund as follows:

 1. Up until 21days before the departure date----------------------------------No charge

 2. Up until 8 days before the departure date----------------------------------20% of the room charge

 3. Up until 2 days before the departure date----------------------------------30% of the room charge

 4. Up until 1 day before the departure date-----------------------------------40% of the room charge

 5. Before the departure time on the departure date--------------------------50% of the room charge

 6. Check-in date or no cancellation notice is received-----------------------100% of the room charge
